To fundraise for West Lake Christian Church and community programs
How:
You can be involved by volunteering, donating items, and/or coming to shop!
If you would like to donate items, please make sure the items you are donating are sellable: clothing, household items and decor, tools, fishing and boating gear, etc. Donations will be accepted Monday, June 5th through Thursday, June 7th from 9 am to 3 pm.
Volunteers are also appreciated!
A note from CWF:
Our church yard and bake sale is fast approaching. This is a big fundraiser for our church. The profits go back to the general fund and other outreach programs and scholarships in our community. Last year we gave to the general fund, Caldwell scholarship fund, trash pickup for the church, Medical Missions for Christ, Idiots Club, Show Me Christian Youth Home, and a few others. A total of 3400.00 was donated. To have another great sale we need your help. First with donations of sellable items, clothing, household, tools, fishing, and boating gear. No mattresses and electronics by prior approval only. We are accepting donations Monday through Wednesday, June 5th-7th 9:00-3:00. Then we need volunteers to help set up, guys we appreciate your help also unloading items that are too heavy for us. Thursday we need your baked goods for the bake sale, these can also be brought Friday and Saturday morning, we generally start running out by Saturday morning. Thursday is also to finish pricing everything and be ready to start the sale Friday at 8:00.Friday and Saturday we need help at the sale and Saturday at 12:00 to bag everything back up to be donated to another thrift store.
